The Internet is a recent project that has yet to be finished since a very long time ago; it has progressed to become something that people, organizations, and governments all across the globe are interested in. The emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) has introduced a new paradigm that integrates diverse technological components into almost all facets of contemporary life. A recent project that has yet to Over an extended period, the completion of this task has garnered significant attention from people, organizations, and governments globally. The Internet of Things (IoT) has quickly become something that people, businesses, and even governments all around the globe are becoming more interested in. Software engineers develop new applications and services for the Internet of Things each year. Due to the very high level of interest, this project was planned to be extended. The use of IoT in project management (PM) is fraught with a great number of basic and critical issues. Depending on these critical factors, incorporating IoT into project management might be successful or unsuccessful. The successful use of the Internet of Things in project management and the primary concerns and significant facets contributing to its deployment are investigated. Through the use of a questionnaire that was filled out and answered by a group of managers and workers working within the scope of the Internet of Things in the Kingdom of Bahrain and through the conduct of some interviews with the managers of some companies that are applying the Internet of Things system in managing their projects, this study provides project managers with the success factors of using the Internet of Things in project management.
