Terms and Conditions of the Studies on Energy Applications International Journal (SEAIJ)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your manuscript to SEAIJ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. SEAIJ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Submission of Manuscripts

Authors must submit original research articles, reviews, or studies that have not been published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the author guarantees that the work is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and adheres to ethical standards.

3. Peer Review Process

All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer-review process, conducted by experts in the relevant field. SEAIJ reserves the right to accept or reject any manuscript based on the recommendations of the reviewers and the editorial board. Authors may be required to make revisions to their manuscript before final acceptance

4. Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their research, obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used, and acknowledging all sources of funding or assistance in the preparation of their work. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited, and SEAIJ uses plagiarism detection tools to ensure compliance.

5. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant SEAIJ a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their work. Authors retain the copyright to their work, but SEAIJ reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, and share the published material in any format. Authors may also be asked to sign a publication agreement that details these rights.

6. Open Access Policy

SEAIJ follows an open-access model, allowing unrestricted access to its published content. Authors may be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication. In return, all published articles will be freely available to the public.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the interpretation or presentation of their research. Failure to disclose relevant conflicts may result in the rejection of the manuscript or retraction of the published article.

8. Ethical Standards

Authors must adhere to recognized ethical standards in research, including proper citation of sources, transparency in data reporting, and the responsible conduct of research. SEAIJ reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet these ethical standards.

9. Withdrawal Policy

Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript at any stage before final acceptance. However, SEAIJ reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request if the peer review process has already commenced or the article has been accepted for publication.

10. Privacy Policy

SEAIJ respects the privacy of all authors and reviewers. Personal data provided during the submission and review process will only be used for the purpose of processing the manuscript and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

SEAIJ is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the journal’s website, the submission process, or the publication of a manuscript. SEAIJ does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content published in the journal.

12. Termination

SEAIJ reserves the right to terminate access to its services, refuse submissions, or retract published articles if authors violate these terms and conditions.
